Stained glass jewelry: Each glass glob has its edge ground down and a lead free casing soldered around it to be used in a variety of bead work. The irregularity of the glass (in shape and style, maybe even containing a crack) adds to the unique quality of the piece. More recent designs include images pasted behind the glass.
